I would like to give thanks to 7-11 staff Cindy Chua for offering me help when i had a serious wardrobe malfunction in the wee morning of a busy office day. This was before an important meeting and she really saved my day and potentially my career. Thank you Cindy!

The customer service i had there was bad. I wanted to buy a bottle of drink that cost 2.40 on display, however it was 2.60, i kindly told her but she reacted with a huge sigh and glaring eyes and angrily tapped on the counter screen
