I will like to highly commend Ryann as the best ever sales manager for branded goods in Singapore. He rectified a problem I had with my Balmain boots and he went the extra mile to get my drenched shoes which became unwearable into a brand new pair. In addition, as he just transferred from Hong Kong back to Singapore, he was very professional and called me immediately to explain about my shoe situation. Albeit myself being busy, he continued to give that personalised touch and message me time and again. He did above and beyond his role in his service and treated me with such VIP Services. I wish to highly recommend Ryann in his exceptional service for Balmain and I highly recommend everyone to look for him. Thanks so much Ryann for all you have done and for that genuity from your heart, which sometimes I feel that most branded shops SA in Singapore are usually pretty fake and only sales oriented. Will be coming back to Ryann as a regular from now.
