I was my sis' PA for the day. So the story went.. she bought this card case from Tokyo and it was clearly defective. When I accompanied her to the store at MBS, the SA Fara took pics of the card case and assured my sis she would personally follow up on the matter and liaised with the corporate side in Paris. So finally the Paris side reverted and would exchange the card case. My PA job? I was to make a trip to the Chloe store on Tuesday for the exchange and pay the GST. Upon arrival at the store, a male SA (sorry I was not able to get the name) was super nice, friendly and warm. He mentioned Fara had just stepped away to the restroom; I told him no problem since I was the one who was running late that morning. He went ahead and invited me to take a seat and offered me water. Shortly Fara came back, and she was as usual very professional yet very approachable. However, somehow it was not our luck that morning, the system went down and I had to wait a little longer. Fara was so apologetic, again I was offered more water 🤣 Eventually she offered to give me the new card case, and mentioned she would send the payment link to my sis later since she did not want me to wait any longer. I told her it was perfectly fine, but perhaps I would go for a cappuccino and come back later (I ended gotten a free cappuccino at a very nice cafe. hahhaa.. talk about a lovely morning 🥰 ). Eventually Fara texted my sis and said the system was back and running. I went back to Chloe after the cappuccino break, and paid for the GST and collected the new card case. Many thanks to Fara and the other SA! This was not my first time stepping into a Chloe, but I have noticed the staff here was exceptionally kind, warm and provided top-notch customer service. Kudos to whoever hired such wonderful people for this store; they have set a very high benchmark for SA across other brands. Highly recommended!! 🩷

The staff at Chloe are all friendly and warm when you enter the shop. But Fiona was my SA and she stood out compared to all the other luxury brand’s SAs. She is very personable and sweet and knows the products very well and made choosing my item an enjoyable process! :)
