She proactively showcased various designs and sizes for me to try on, demonstrating a level of service that's rare even in luxury boutiques. As someone who values great service, I spent over an hour shopping and purchased more than 30 items for myself and as gifts. Throughout, Lay Khim patiently assisted me with colors and designs, all without needing prompting. It's truly impressive in today's world. Notably, her colleague didn't offer assistance while she tirelessly attended to my needs. I hope the company recognizes Lay Khim's outstanding performance. Though I'm unsure of her position, she embodies qualities fitting of a store manager, setting a stellar example of service. Once again, thank you, Lay Khim, for the excellent service.

Though you cannot try their tees, you can ask the staff for help. Darren in particular was really helpful in helping me get the right sizes. Would like to commend on his great service. He makes shopping there easy and enjoyable.
