Walked in for a strap replacement and the service staff very nicely had me seated and advised me of the options. The particular strap was not available it had to be ordered amazingly I received all the answers and cost within a couple of ā¦

The staff patiently let us try on different pieces and took the time to explain the details, movements, and heritage behind the watches without any pressure.
