Ji Xiang Ang Ku Kueh brings three decades of Singaporean confectionery heritage to its kiosk at Marina Bay Link Mall, offering handmade versions of the beloved red tortoise cake that have drawn queues since 1988. Founded by Mr and Mrs Toh at Everton Park, the brand has become one of Singapore's most trusted names for this traditional snack.

Each ang ku kueh features a soft, sticky glutinous-rice flour skin wrapped around a generous filling in the centre. Classic flavours include peanut, sweet bean, salted bean, coconut, corn, and yam, with seasonal specials such as durian appearing throughout the year. The rainbow-coloured varieties have become particularly popular among younger customers.
