Jin Ting Wan occupies one of Singapore's most dramatic dining settings on Level 55 of Marina Bay Sands Hotel Tower 1, offering refined Cantonese cuisine framed by panoramic views of the city and the Singapore Strait. Opened in 2025 as Marina Bay Sands' first owned-and-operated restaurant since the resort's debut, the venue spares nothing in its pursuit of culinary excellence.Executive Chef Albert Li brings two decades of experience from Michelin-starred kitchens in China, guiding a menu rooted in classical techniques—double boiling, poaching, braising, and steaming—applied to premium seasonal ingredients. Standout dishes include honey-glazed Iberico char siew, Teochew-style Alaskan king crab, and the roasted "Pipa" duck finished in a custom-built oven. A dedicated tea programme led by Head Tea Master Jacky Zhao Gang offers more than 80 varieties paired to each course.
Lunch and dinner are served daily by reservation. For a special occasion that demands height, heritage, and hospitality, Jin Ting Wan is unmatched in Marina Bay.

The restaurant is on level 55 of the MBS hotel. The view is simply breathtaking. The private room has comfortable couches and a private ensuite toilet. Food is interesting and with a modern twist.
