Iconic Singapore cafe since 1999, famous for truffle fries, hearty brunch and indulgent desserts at Marina Bay Sands' Canal Level.
Since opening in 1999 as a cosy hideaway within a clothing store, PS.Cafe has grown into one of Singapore's most beloved homegrown dining destinations. The Marina Bay Sands outpost brings the brand's signature black-and-white aesthetic to Canal Level #B2-119, complete with a floating island platform sheltered by parasols right over the Canal At The Shoppes. The kitchen is best known for its legendary PS. Truffle Fries—shoestring potatoes crowned with grated parmesan and PS.Cafe's own blend of truffle oil—alongside hearty signatures like the Buttermilk Chicken Nasi Lemak, Honey Miso Salmon, Beef Bourguignon and indulgent desserts including the Sticky Date Pudding and Double Chocolate Blackout Cake.Based on 1005 Google reviews

PS.Cafe at Marina Bay Sands is a great spot when you want good food with a side of atmosphere. The space feels polished yet relaxed, perfect for taking a breather from the bustle of MBS while still soaking in the energy of the place. It’s stylish without trying too hard, and an easy choice for a casual but satisfying meal. Service is also really quick and efficient. Staff are all attentive. I had the PS Burger and the King Prawn Aglio Olio, and both hit the spot. The PS Burger was rich and indulgent — a juicy, well-seasoned patty layered with melted cheese and crispy bacon, all held together by a soft bun. It’s hearty, comforting and exactly the kind of burger you order when you’re not counting calories. The fries on the side were crisp and addictive, rounding out the dish nicely. Totally worth the $5 top up to truffle fries! The King Prawn Aglio Olio was lighter but still full of flavour. The pasta was cooked just right, coated in fragrant garlic and olive oil, with a gentle chilli kick that kept things interesting. The prawns were fresh, plump and generously sized, making every bite satisfying without feeling too heavy. Reservations in advance recommended.
