The restaurant is the sister outlet of the Michelin-starred original, led by Chef Wong Chun Fai, and it has quickly become a favourite for those craving authentic mala in the Marina Bay Financial Centre.The menu explores the 'seven flavours of Sichuan'—spicy, aromatic, sweet, bitter, sour, peppery and salty—through dishes such as Braised Garoupa Fish Fillet in Chili Oil, Kung Bao Prawns, Mapo Tofu and Chilli Oil Vegetarian Wontons. Ingredients are specially imported to preserve authenticity, while the modern Marina Bay Link Mall setting keeps the atmosphere approachable.
