RV mbs has uplifted the space with their Reno and always feel welcoming to shoe lovers with their impeccable look, friendly staff. Special shout out to SA Khristopher who is thoughtful, and has the eye for final details that makes you make like a million buck.

Staff told us that there will be global price hike to make us buy more but it wasn't true, we have checked that RV is making price cuts in many other countries. Fake News! They also repeatedly tried to push us shoes that have quality issues; what a waste of time! @RVHQ Are you aware that your staffs are spreading fake news?

The Sales attitude is horrible. They lies able their repair policy. I will go complain to the HO. This store doesn’t provide any service which they should. They only serve you when you buy. I would recommend everyone to avoid this store. Never spend a penny at this store
