Today’s experience was honestly quite disappointing. We were told the store was “full” and had to wait outside. We understood and were willing to queue. At first, when two customers came out, two customers were allowed in — which seemed fair. However, when it was finally our turn, more than ten people walked out of the store, yet we were still told we could not enter because it was “very full inside.” This felt extremely inconsistent and confusing. The attached photo shows what the store looked like at that moment — it clearly did not appear overcrowded. From what we could see, there was space available, and it did not match the explanation we were given. One staff member (I believe his name was Fami / Fa Mi) repeatedly insisted that the store was full without providing any clear explanation. The communication felt dismissive and unprofessional. As customers, we don’t mind waiting if there is a real capacity limit. But the way this was handled made it feel as though the queue might have been intentionally controlled to create the appearance of being very busy. Whether that was the intention or not, the lack of transparency left a very poor impression. We hope the store can improve its queue management and communicate more clearly with customers in the future.
