Lovely private sales experience here at Balanciaga MBS. Although the brand ended up not being quite my style, the shopping experience was quite a pleasant one nonetheless. Very polite sales associate, who helped me with the sizes for the oversized tops, and also the bags. Very patient with her explanations!

Bought a men bracelet and within 6 months it tarnished. And when brought to the boutique the lady first answer was i scratch it without even bother to take a closer look! Balenciaga product is definitely not worth buying and worst of all it's service!!

Sent my bag for repair and ended up getting my bag’s mirror scratched badly even when I sent my bag together with the plastic protector and dust bag. How unbelievable. Service recovery was done by changing the mirror but it is not the same print as my original one. Very disappointing and upsetting.

Poor service. Nobody bother to greet or serve us. We waited at the men's corner at the top floor for 5mins in the end we decided to patronise another shop.
