I visited the store on 06/11. The door was closed, and the manager was hiding in the back and when we walked in, the male sales manager looked annoyed that we came. He was clearly irritated when we asked questions and his attitude throughout the whole visit was terrible. Whoever hired him should reconsider he’s not doing his job.

I have to say my recent experience at this store was not amazing. So basically, I visited this store with my family. I was approached by one of the sales staff, Dennis, who was amiable and I am relatively pleased by the service I received. He was able to provide me with information with the different pieces of jewellery me and my family was looking at. At this point, there was nothing wrong, and I was already planning to buy a ring. But at this moment, what appeared to be a junior staff member mentioned that the ring I was planning to get was “out of stock” or something along those lines, which was quickly stopped by Dennis. The junior seemed slightly annoyed at that action, I was a bit taken back by that, but I quickly brushed it off as it did not seem of much concern at this point in time. Dennis then went on to check the stocks for me, and the ring I was planning to purchase was in stock. However, the junior who handed me the ring simply threw the tag of the ring away. I felt very disrespected by that display of attitude, and in a fit of rage, I decided that it was best not to purchase the ring from the store. I am still utterly in shock to see such an attitude from what I would consider a higher end store. I do believe that anyone in my position would have felt the same. Other than the “junior staff”, I would say that the overall service that I received was an enjoyable one.

Dennis is always passionate and patiently introduce us the wedding band collection. Collection is limited, but the design, idea, and the craftsmanship impressed us a lot. In the end of the day, we managed to get something we really love for our wedding. We enjoy our time during every visit.

Phenomenal service that was warm, attentive, and sincere even though we were new walk-in customers. Other high jewellery houses must take a note or two from Boucheron. Kudos to Vincent Gay and his team at MBS!

My first visit to the Boucheron store in Marina Bay Sands Singapore, very warm welcome from the staff especially when I am new to the brand and wasn’t sure of what were their iconic pieces. They took the time to explain to me with great storytelling!
