The salesperson seemed disinterested and judgmental, making me feel unwelcome. They were eager to upsell products but clearly lacked the expertise to provide professional advice on fitting. This isn't the first review to mention a similar experience, but if you're into lacklustre luxury shopping, feel free to give this outlet a try.

It was my first time purchasing from Bvlgari and I was very impressed by the level of service provided by Alicia Huang. I was buying a ring as a surprise gift for my wife and was slightly concerned about getting the correct size. Alicia explained the store’s seven day exchange policy and understanding my concern about the ring size, kindly offered some flexibility should I need more time for an exchange. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish. Alicia’s professionalism, attention to detail and customer-first attitude truly stood out.

Hubby came and bought birthday presents for me. But the size was a little too big. We came back and request for change, we were attended Celest Chong, sweet lady very patient running through inventory trying to find the right size for me. Celest is very sweet, attentive in her service. Overall pleasant experience to have made purchase in MBS Bvlgari.
