Usually I feel awkward going into designer stores but not with this one. I just wanted to smell some fragrances. One salesman came up to me asked if he could help me. I asked him if i could smell 3 particular fragrances, he gave me the fragrances and i walked out. He was really nice

Rude and bad service from MBS Celine. Bought my items from Ngee Ann City Celine instead. Siow Kwhn from NAC store displayed impeccable service and professionalism.

12 Aug 2021. Staff was discriminated and rude. My friend accidentally knocked down the signboard at the door, but none of the 3 staff right in front of the incident offer to help and didn’t even check if my friend are hurt, they just stared and idle.
