The SA who attended to me changed face after understanding that I was there to get a small number of items. No thank you was said after making payment and SA was eager to attend to the next customer. Probably will go back to the ION outlet because the staff there are more friendly and helpful.

I have once been ignored by the Chanel store staff at the Marina Bay Sand on 19/5 8pm plus. Looked at the employees several times, hoping someone would come over to assist me? Nope, not one came over. I was wondering if I looked like an obvious newbie? Obviously, there were two people at the counter, but they had to take care of one customer at the same time and ignore other customers? How could such a big customer need two people to take care of him? I don't know where the professional attitude went?

Another bloody awful outlet of stuck up Chanel ambassadors. No idea what she was taking was talking about, no idea as to what Chanel products and prices were available and zero interest in serving MBS customers who has just dropped $xx,xxx’s in the mall. Would never recommend and would rather go to LV or Dior. Absolute waste of spaces in this stores

Went to the chanel counter (counter located outside) at mbs and the staff is extremely rude with major attitude problem. I didn't wanna purchase because of this. Terrible!

Went to smell a bunch of perfumes, and I was assisted by Jessie(Jesse?), who was chirpy and did not mind introducing the various perfumes that I wanted to try. I was initially afraid due to my experience at other outlets, especially because I had no intention to purchase. Thank you for hosting, it was very comfortable.
