I was at Ecco MBS today and I must say I am very impressed by the staff service level. Vin Sen patience and product knowledge is very good and I was convinced by him to buy a pair of ecco shoes. Siew Fong was also very courteous. Really had a enjoyable time shopping at Ecco today.
