The service is okay but better then the one in ION… the staff product knowledgeable is not there… being a boutique I expect the staff should be well versed in their product. They should be more then a sales person… they should be strong advocate of the brand.

Great customer service. Love that we can speak both Mandarin and English to the SA. Got my husband the watch that he wanted, we were undecided on the model and the SA helped to narrow down on the final choice.
