Waited 20 minutes for 1 burger, only 2 workers manning all the stations. Place needs more staffing. Would be a joke to call it fast food when I get dishes faster at a sitdown restaurant.

The burger is a bit bland, nothing special. The self-ordering kiosk is very convenient. We ate here because it was raining outside.

Easy to get a table and Unagi rice burger was prepared quickly; maybe too quickly because the way it was put together with too much slimy gravy until the meat fell out. Needs a spoon to eat. Was nothing like the picture which resembled something closer to an onigiri.

First time encounter a staff that limits the number for creamers for the milk tea to 4, though it was a big cup. Was some tomboy don’t know if it was a he or she. Never even wear gloves and just throw the creamers into the cup. Don’t even know how to talk properly.
