Didn’t expect a five star customer service at Oakley somehow. Always had thought of the employees being somehow indifferent. But Xue Yau was very knowledgeable, did the extra mile to find the right lens combination for my goggles. Ask him many questions while the store was busy, never let hear me feel that he would need to move on. Of course he has commercial intent, but does everything he can in order to make us his customer feel well. Great representative for Oakley. Thank you!
