Wouldn't even give one star but I didn't have a choice. Just came out from there and staff there was so rude and gave us lots of eye rolls at us. Just read other reviews here and more than a year ago there were complaining rude staff until this day. Doesn't management want to do anything about this? There was only one person there today so you should know who it is.

Wish I got the salesperson’s name but she was very curt and rude when I enquired about the claw machine for the free charm. Yikes…you should really check yourself because no one’s going to want to shop there with your lousy attitude.

Came here to take a photo with my group at the pop up booth to try winning a jewellery box.. got to see this smiley and beautiful staff, Tiara. Friendly and outspoken and what sales person is required. She has them and it’s great to have her in the Pandora team. Thumbs up..
