Was told egglet needs 15 min waiting time only after I paid. Maybe put it up somewhere noticeable or notify customers before they pay?

Was going there to buy bubble tea but was approached by one of the male staff and said it was closed when it’s 6.25pm but I checked on google, it stated 6.30pm. It was rude of him to telling customer that they have already closed the shop and not wanting me to buy anymore.

Really enjoyed the bubble tea here! The tea was rich and refreshing, and the pearls were perfectly chewy. Lots of flavors to choose from, and the staff were friendly and quick with the service. Definitely a place I’d come back to for my milk tea cravings

I’ve had a good experience with Playmade—friendly staff and great drinks like the chrysanthemum milk tea. A recent visit was especially smooth thanks to a helpful store IC who handled the crowd well and prepared orders quickly.

Chronically understaffed, especially during peak periods (lunch time). The store is poorly managed and the queue moves so slowly and it is easily a 20-30min wait.
