Huge spacious store with extremely nice & sincere service staff. They kindly held the very last piece of this ballerina pink L size suitcase for me for 3 hours so I could come & get it. Ray assisted me & was so sincere & helpful! Probably the nicest service staff I’ve met ! Overall a very good experience & will definitely visit again!

Have been a loyal customer to Rimowa, service level is very high compared to other outlets. Shoutout to Ray, google reviews were not solicited at all. Very service oriented and didnt make me feel rushed at all. Furthermore it was a great conversation on past Rimowa collections which shows his knowledge in this field
