The service is excellent. The environment is specifically designed for Christmas.

Service from the counter staff is usually alright, but the queue can get long in the evenings and on weekends. Even worse when there's a property-wide system failure - you need to waste time standing in line instead of having more efficient channels for customer support, plus no automatic service recovery.
