I went to Watson being unsure of some products I want to get but had a pleasant encounter with Dores who made sure all my questions were answered. Her warm smile and positive attitude made it very welcoming !

Cosmetic shelf has no mirror at all, expecting the customers to draw on their face with instinct, instead of mirror reflection to help.
