This is what you may expect out of the recent Burberry coated canvas. After careful use of the backpack for slightly over 2 years, the canvas has completely given in with cracks at various locations. The best part is that it cannot be repaired and only replacement to leather at the side panel with a hefty fee. Nothing can be done at the main body of the bag. Sadly, Burberry does not stand behind the quality of their products. It pretty much means customers better get prepared to throw it away after the one year warranty. Well done, Burberry. You have just lost customers from a whole family.
