If possible, avoid the Chinese sales lady in the shop. Or of course u can go Ion instead! Definitely she either is lack of proper training or got attitude problem.

Missy chinny very friendly and professional during the sales transaction. She makes us feel comfortable and shared some knowledge to us like how to take care the bag the history of the hot popular products. She send us off too! Such a nice gesture ! We hope in time to come get to serve by her again! Love the whole environment of the store . The colleagues very neat too! Nice uniform 🤩 best of the best !

Was browsing through men’s shorts, was attended by a Chinese lady. I didn’t bought and end you I overheard the Chinese lady telling her colleague that i didn’t buy those comments wasn’t appropriate and not professional at all especially on high end boutique

Very very bad shopping.., was not greeted by staff . Went on 09 Jan 0930pm. The lady staff was also interested in her phone. The guy at least try his best to serve us. Understand was late but retail depends on service and staff to bring shopper a fantastic shopping experience but unfortunately it was not at Burberry
