Would recommend Jin Ting Wan if you’re looking for something out of the ordinary, different from your usual Chinese restaurants. They serve tea before and after your meal, and their tea is specially brewed over hours. Their signature Roasted Pipa Duck is creative in both visual and taste — do remember to order it a day in advance! The Hokkaido Squid was tender to bite, and went well with the spicy prawn sauce they provided on the side. The Braised Angus Short Rib was delicious too. We were served by Linda and Weihua and their service was excellent. They were thoughtful and courteous, and it made the whole meal enjoyable!
